Concept
Our goal was to simplify exploring Dow offering, which often felt overwhelming due to the product volume. Instead of flooding customers with catalogues and spreadsheets, we created an engaging discovery journey modelled on an isometric city. The mobile app we developed helped Dow's field force effortlessly guide clients through the entire range by placing the products into the context of their application.
Key Features
A bird's eye view feature enabled smooth navigation across the richness of data, allowing customers and the sales team to “zoom in” for deeper product exploration.
With a sleek content management system (CMS), the Dow sales team could seamlessly update the product portfolio, tailoring the sales strategy to unique customer needs.
Execution
We managed an end-to-end process from prototyping to coding, testing, UX design, and implementation in just four weeks.
Impact
The app served as a one-stop shop for product presentations and assisted selling at the Dow Middle East Innovation Centre in Jeddah.
