We decided to shift the client's approach from a self-focused "The website is about us" to a user-centric "What's in it for me? How can this help?" mindset.
Working closely with the client’s team, we conducted a workshop to brainstorm the business goals, audience needs and growth plans, establishing detailed user paths for diverse customer segments.
