Links Insurance Brokers (or LinksIB) is one of the most well-known insurance brokerage services provider on the UAE market. Its first-in-its-class customer service quality sets it apart from competition and guarantees its long-standing relationships to customers.
In order to appeal to new customers and maintain its market position, Links IB needed a refreshed digital presence and stronger key messages for external communications.
The insurance industry is quite standardised, clients take decisions mainly based on price differences, so LinksIB knows it is high time to stand out as a modern brand, which offers more than insurance services - it offers the guarantee that its employees are there for the client anytime they need help. It was our pleasure to launch the new Links IB website and craft new brand guidelines for them.
How we worked
Together with Links IB we set the priorities for this project as follows:
- Update the company visual identification (logo, typography and brand colours)
- Create a full brand-book (including brand tone of voice, key messages and vocabulary)
- Design key visuals for the point of service (offices of Links IB)
- Develop and launch the new Links IB website

We organised the process in an agile way: first, our communication strategist and copywriter prepared a brand map, and pinpointed the direction in which we want to take the new image of Links IB. Then, our design team prepared 3 new propositions for the logotype and brand colours. Once these 2 phases were approved, we moved on to the new website development.

On the basis of that, we built a full brandbook - which includes guidelines for all the future partners of LinksIB on how the brand communicates and wants to be perceived. Also, in the brandbook we formulated the 3key messages, which will accompany LinksIB throughout their online and offline communication:
Anytime. Transparent. Reliable.
What else did we wrap into the brand-book? These are our must-haves in terms of brand assets : logotype, favicon, colour palette, brand personality, brand voice, language / keywords, photography guidelines, A4 documents and presentation templates.

The next step was to design the new website, allowing new customers to directly purchase insurance services via the contact form which appears on all pages. The friendly UX and technical features* also guarantee an increase in website traffic. (*technical specs: HTML5, responsive, social media integrations, SEO friendly).
